Tell me about your first time?
One day in 2003 I had such a tight neck from making jewelry, I booked a session with my chiropractor, but this time he did something completely different. He asked me a question, "what is this pain in the neck?" and then said the Access Clearing Statement*. This was my first time hearing those weird words. All of a sudden the pain was gone! I could move my neck freely. What?! Really?! I don't have to cry and go through all that emotional crap?!! One of his earlier techniques made me re-live emotional trauma to release it, and left me with a puffy face.
The clearing was so effective that I was curious to know more about Access Consciousness. So I took the first class, Foundation, and gained access to an amazing toolbox of magical possibilities. I found that I could apply the tools to any area of my life to create more ease.

Tool: The Access Clearing statement = *Right, Wrong, Good, Bad, POD, POC, All 9, Shorts, Boys, and Beyonds. You can use it to clear the energy.
Example: "Everything that keeps this ______ (limitation, pain, or upset) in place, I destroy and uncreate it. Right, Wrong, Good, Bad, POD, POC, All 9, Shorts, Boys, and Beyonds." (Repeat several times until you sense a shift in the energy.)
