Most people try to figure it out. They make pro’s and con’s lists, overthink every scenario, and attempt to predict the “right” outcome. It’s exhausting, and often leaves you feeling stuck.

What if choosing could be lighter than that?

This is where your awareness—and your sparkle—come in.

For many of us, trusting awareness was never encouraged. We were taught to be logical, reasonable, and to justify our choices. It’s no surprise that your natural knowing can feel distant or hard to access.

But your awareness is still there. And you can strengthen it.

Your knowing doesn’t show up as a perfectly reasoned answer. It shows up as a feeling—an energy. A sense of lightness. A little spark. A quiet “yes” that expands something inside you.

When something will truly create more for you, it often feels:

✨Like possibility is opening

You might even notice a smile, a sense of curiosity, or that sparkly feeling of “this could be fun…”

And when something isn’t right for you?

It can feel:

That, too, is your awareness speaking.

In a world full of noise, opinions, and projections, it can take practice to hear your own inner guidance. But the more you tune in, the clearer it becomes, and the easier it is to trust yourself.

Choosing doesn’t have to be hard. It can be light. It can even be joyful.
