Stretching your energetic wings

It's been a while, how are you? I took a little break on emails, and other things that were "on my to do list". Instead, choosing to relax.



With all of the hustle and bustle of the holidays, stresses of business, relationships, scrolling online, there's a tendency to contract, which makes you feel stuck.



Here is an exercise to expand you energetic wings... allowing space for things to move and change.
